Polaris POS began inside Mars Kitchen Essentials, a kitchenware shop in Kampala. Revenue was growing, but the business wasn't — profit, stock and expenses all lived in the dark. After we closed a branch and counted the losses, we built the tool we actually needed.
Every feature earned its place by solving a problem we were genuinely having. It ran our shop for years before we ever offered it to anyone else. It's proof, not a pitch.
